Yummy City Blueprint Made of Food
You don’t have to be a big fan of architectural design to like these blueprints, because they would make a perfect delicious snack.
This delicious project was made by Stockholm based art director Petter Johansson for a project called Atelier Food. He used chopped onions, broccoli, cheese, carrots and other healthy foods to advertise the ambitious new website which publishes texts about nature, cuisine and healthy living. All these ingredients were carefully placed on a gridded paper so they resemble a real blueprint of a city with parks, skyscrapers and other buildings. Johansson’s original idea is supposed to promote Atelier Food and attract the attention of public.
The Swedish food lab tries to teach a different approach to urban development that doesn’t interfere with but coexists hand in hand with healthy living. Food as fuel, making food as an art form and many interesting concepts offer a different perspective than the one we’re used to in the usual fast-paced urban living style.
