Realistic Paintings of Weird Stuff

Realistic Paintings of Weird Stuff

Who would have known that paintings of garbage bags, black tires and empty plastic bottles could be amazing art? Apparently they can.

Swiss artist Till Rabus can paint so realistic you think it’s a photo you’re looking at. Beside painting garbage and tires, he is also concentrating on surrealistic scenes, like a picnic that’s completely unusual, things you have never seen before. Like for example a sausage holding a fork, ketchup on chopped-up corn, and a beer can balancing on colorful drinking straws. Something tells us he was inspired by Salvador Dali’s work. The talented Rabus is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure des Beaux-Arts de La Chaux-de-Fonds, and works now between Paris and Neuchatel.

We just hope to see more from this guy and his creative mind. Meanwhile you can take a look at these realistic paintings of vintage board games.
